Die britische Gruppe Lostprophets spielte dieses Jahr auf dem Lowlands Festival. Zum Glück hatten die Herren kurz Zeit um mit Toazted über ihr neues Album "Liberation Transmission" zu sprechen. Interview mit den müden und verwöhnten Jungs von Lostprophets. Das Interview haben wir am 9. November in Amsterdam aufgenommen.

Mike und Jamie gaben ein Interview nachdem sie im Melkweg (Club in Amsterdam) ein ausverkauftes Konzert hatten. Dies war im März 2004. Sie erzählten uns ein paar Dinge über die Tour, die sie mit Metallica haben werden.

"We're gonna spend a month with a new band, perhaps you've heard of them, they're called Metallica. Metallica opens, Slipknot's second and we headline. But we've turned it around so that we play first and the people don't have to hang around for the unknown bands."

Ian, Jamie und Liam sprachen mit Toazted in 2003 über ihren Fortschritt zwischen ihrem Debut "The Fake Sound of Progress" und ihrem letzten Album "Start Something".

"We wrote it the same way but after 3 years of experience we learned how to structure songs better and how to actually write a chorus and see the songs as a whole rather than a collection of riffs."

Toazted hatte ein Interview mit den Lostprophets als sie in den Niederlanden waren für ihre Deconstruction Tour in 2002.

"You're a sell out, working at McDonalds and you're in your mommy's bedroom on her computer and you shout 'sell out, sell out!' at the top of your voice. We do what we fucking want to do and we love doing it. So stick that in your fucking pipe and smoke it!"
